self-concept can be explain as:
an idea of the self constructed from the beliefs one holds about oneself and the responses of others
your self concept predicts your levels of performance and effectiveness in everything you do so an improvement of your life begins with an improvement in your self-concept.
until you change your life concept,you will struggle on what people are saying about you. you will always want people to reassure your action and validate everything you do.
you can be loved by everyone but when you close the door of your bedroom and you feel hatred raising in your chest something is wrong with your self-concept and you can be hated by everyone but when you close that bedroom and you feel happy then you have a strong self-concept of yourself.
create a self-concept that can’t be shaken or broken
all improvement in your life begins with an improvement in your self-concept. This is the start point of unlocking your potential and accomplishing more than you ever have imagine before.
when you change your self-concept it will be a starting point of eliminating your fears and releasing your potential and reprogram your mind and all that surrounds you.
