It comes a time we feel stuck and most cases we are actually stuck and we tend to look for the cure.
Funny thing is we look for the cause and the cure from outside but the reality is the cause and the cure are actually inside us.
let me break it down,there are five main reasons why people become stuck
- bad habit
I love to go detail by detail but let me summaries it to you.
Fear,we tend to have fear of unknown if i try i may fail or if i try and succeed whats next. it is said fear to succeed is more overwhelming that fear to fail.you have to overcome any form of fear.
cynicism, we tend to believe that we are not good enough and we tend to stuck where we are comfortable , one the mentors said we love our own comfort zone because we don’t want to try something new or because we don’t believe in ourselves
laziness,this is the most common reason that has kept strong and intelligent men at the docks afraid to make that move,they major excuses are : i will try on Monday,i don’t have enough time . we know what is required to make that move but still we give out excuses and find ourselves in the same places.
habit, i once talked about habit and until you form positive habit. you will stuck at the same place for ages. create good habit. it said a habit can be formed when you do the same thing for at lest 3 months continuously.
arrogance, you pretend to know something and yet you have no idea, or you know what you are suppose to do and fail to do it. in most cases you have a wrong understanding of particular subject and you don’t want to invest to get the right information.
make that effort and wake up yourself and overcome this five life hazards and start that life engine and make that move
