SELF-LIMITING BELIEFS

I didn’t know there was something like this before. I was really hard on myself saying things like am not good enough, am not pretty enough or worse am not blessed enough.

until i discovered this believes were the basic premises that causes feelings of inferiority and inadequacy.

There are words that are pass to us by mistake or by own self due to our past mistake. which causes has to cultivate this kind of negative beliefs. This are words are spoken to us my our parents/guardians knowingly or unknowingly, our teacher, mentors and a time people that we look up to.

This negative words do form roots and we carry them to the rest of our lives, we carry them on our shoulders as if they define us.

some can recall that their parent once said something to them that cause a scare and that scare created a negative believe on themselves or you once failed a test and the teacher unknowingly called you a failure or under performer and you carried it into your life( am a failure)

What people say about you should not be your destiny.what people think about you should not be a rubber stamp.

You have the ability to be excellent, you are  good more than enough. you are smart just like everyone else. it might not be in class but you might be  good on the field, you might not be good  in the boardroom but you might be perfect on  the desk. so stop that self-limiting belief

Allow me to change that belief, allow me to change that understanding and make you see that light awaits for you. destroy those myths that the world and the magazines has made you feel empty and hallow.

It always a pleasure to inspire you , if you are new to this blog , kindly subscribe, like and leave a comment.
