If there is a habit you must develop this season is having an disrupted morning habit. i once discussed on habit but today i want to put focus on morning habit.
what you do in the morning is very important this where your day start and any violation of the day starts in the morning. It is very important to have an amazing morning habit.
let me list down few important morning habit and how they can really help.

waking up early

Great and successful people around the globe do wake up early. let me give an example. Aliko Dangote one of the African most successful and influence person in Africa wakes up at around 3:45 am.Waking up early gives you an edge from the rest and gives you an upper hand from the rest. you must learn to wake up early and strategies on the next move.

Have a morning ritual
This when you have a something that you do every morning without any hesitation. morning rituals are important and plays an important role in one’s life. you must create a morning ritual to start your day. example:work on important things in the morning. if it is vital and of high risk do it in the morning this when the mind is fresh and active.

Stop procrastinating

It said 90% of individual do practice procrastination especially in the morning this is when they hit the snooze button. statistics note an average person hits the snooze button at lest 3 times in the morning before they wake up. My reader stop procrastinating if you have set your alarm at 5: 00 am please just wake up and take charge of your life.

Have a list to do before you wake up
The reason you wake up and you end up saying you don’t know what to do and where to start is because you have not plan for the day before hand. let me let you in on a secret , write down what you could like to achieve the following day before you go to bed

It is important to make you brain active during the morning. taking a shower during the morning, do some yoga and for heart throbbing activity do some gym or playing tennis.The most common brain charged activity is a morning run. so start today by a few sit-up or press up when you climb down your bed.

spend little time as possible deciding on what you want to wear
Have you were been so indecisive on what you want to wear. trying on one then another. This occurs mostly from the female species. let me help you there, have plan schedule for the entire week on what you want to wear and have a plan B if the weather changes. an average spend and hour or more to wear, this from the hair to their shoes. So if you spend more kindly evaluate yourself.
